Hyperhidrosis and underarm odor
More than 211 million people worldwide live with excessive underarm sweating and odor (bromhidrosis). With diode 980 laser, Accent XLi radiofrequency, or botulinum toxin, we reduce sweating and eliminate odor without surgery.

Hyperhidrosis and bromhidrosis — more common than you think
Underarm hyperhidrosis is sweat production in amounts far greater than what your body needs to regulate temperature. In many cases it comes with bromhidrosis: the unpleasant odor that appears when sweat interacts with bacteria on the skin.
The impact on quality of life is significant: soaked clothing, social anxiety, avoiding hugs, hiding underarms, building a wardrobe around it. There are effective, non-invasive, long-lasting solutions. Laser and radiofrequency technology selectively destroy sweat glands for permanent results; neurotoxins are a temporary, reversible alternative.
Primary hyperhidrosis
No underlying medical cause. Usually appears in adolescence or early adulthood. The most common case for aesthetic-medical treatment.
Hyperhidrosis with bromhidrosis
Sweating combined with odor. A double treatment: reduces sweat and odor at the same time.
Secondary hyperhidrosis
Linked to another medical condition (thyroid, diabetes, medication). The underlying cause is addressed first before aesthetic treatment.
During your assessment, we rule out secondary causes and choose the best tool for your case.
Three tools for your case
We have three complementary options: two aim for permanent reduction (laser and radiofrequency) and one offers a fast, reversible solution (botulinum toxin). During your assessment, we choose the right one.
Diode 980 laser
High-precision laser technology that acts directly on the sweat glands, inhibiting their activity in a controlled way. Significantly reduces sweat and eliminates the odor of bromhidrosis. An outpatient, non-invasive procedure with visible results from the first session.
Ideal for
Hyperhidrosis with or without bromhidrosis. Long-lasting results.
Accent XLi (unipolar and bipolar radiofrequency)
Controlled thermal energy that penetrates the deep layers of the skin and reduces sweat gland activity. Safe, non-invasive, and virtually painless. Progressive, long-lasting results from the first sessions.
Ideal for
Patients who prefer radiofrequency or want it as a complement to laser.
Botulinum toxin (Botox / Xeomin)
Temporarily blocks the nerve signal that activates the sweat glands. A fast, painless, reversible solution. Lasts 4 to 6 months. Xeomin is a more purified formula with lower risk of generating resistance.
Ideal for
Patients who want immediate, reversible results with no long-term commitment.
The exact plan depends on your case, severity, and preference. We define it during your assessment.
Your path to leaving hyperhidrosis behind
Assessment, technology selection, and lasting results.
Free assessment
We evaluate the degree of hyperhidrosis, rule out secondary causes, and talk through expectations and your preference (permanent vs. temporary).
Technology selection
We define the right tool: diode 980 laser, Accent XLi radiofrequency, or botulinum toxin. We explain what to expect from each.
Treatment sessions
Outpatient procedures. Each session lasts 30 to 45 minutes. No downtime — you go back to your normal life the same day.
Follow-up
Check-ins between sessions to monitor progress. If you chose botulinum toxin, we schedule maintenance sessions every 4 to 6 months.
Sessions
1 (toxin) to 3 (laser/RF) sessions
Duration
30 to 45 minutes per session
Recovery
No downtime
Pain
Minimal — topical anesthesia available
