Removal of benign skin lesions

We remove moles, warts, keratoses, and other benign (i.e. non-cancerous) skin lesions with laser technology and electrosurgery. Three tools so we can pick the right one based on the type of lesion and the area.

Removal of benign skin lesions

Not every mole is the same — and they aren't all treated the same

Moles — medically known as nevi — are accumulations of pigmented cells that can appear anywhere on the body. Most are benign, but they can be a nuisance for cosmetic reasons, location, or because they rub against clothing. Before removing them, we run a clinical diagnosis to rule out suspicious lesions.

Beyond classic moles, we can also treat warts, keratoses, fibromas, epidermal cysts, and small spots. The key is choosing the right tool based on the type, depth, and location of the lesion — to minimize scarring and keep the result natural.

Pigmented nevi

Classic moles with pigment. Removed with fractional laser or controlled laser vaporization.

Skin tags (without pigment)

Small skin-colored bumps. Usually treated with high-frequency electrosurgery.

Warts and keratoses

Lesions caused by viruses or sun exposure. Laser vaporization or electrosurgery depending on the type.

Small fibromas and cysts

Benign skin lesions that can be removed on an outpatient basis.

Before any procedure, a dermatological evaluation to confirm the lesion is benign and choose the best technique.

Three tools, one clinical decision

We don't use the same technique for everything. We have three different devices so the tool fits the lesion — not the other way around.

Recommended

Alma Hybrid

Combines fractional CO₂ laser and non-ablative laser. Removes benign moles with precision, without affecting surrounding tissue. The regenerative effect stimulates collagen and promotes fast healing with minimal scarring risk.

Ideal for

Benign moles, especially in visible areas where scarring matters cosmetically.
