The Pixel CO₂ is a fractional CO₂ laser manufactured by Alma Lasers. It creates micro-columns of treatment that stimulate collagen regeneration while leaving intact tissue between them, allowing faster recovery than a conventional non-fractional CO₂ laser. It's the historical gold standard for skin resurfacing.

How Does Pixel CO₂ Work?
The Pixel CO₂ uses a fractional CO₂ laser that creates controlled micro-columns of treatment. Unlike a conventional CO₂ laser that treats the entire surface, Pixel leaves intact tissue between each column, which accelerates regeneration.
Step 1
Treatment micro-columns
The laser creates thousands of microscopic channels in the skin, penetrating in a controlled manner to the dermis to stimulate the natural regenerative response.
Step 2
Collagen stimulation
Each micro-column activates new collagen production. The intact tissue between columns serves as a stem cell reserve that accelerates repair.
Step 3
Dermal remodeling
Over the following weeks, the skin remodels from within: scars are raised, wrinkles soften, and texture gradually evens out.
