4. Wear Low-Heeled Shoes

Though you may love high heels, try not to overuse them. It’s best to wear low-heeled shoes that strengthen your calf muscles and, in turn, help move blood through your veins.

5. Keep Your Skin Hydrated

6. Wear Loose Clothing
